Yes - it would be good but it's probably expensive software.
I don't know why Yahoo closed everything down.

In Yahoo, the use of socks was encouraged, but I doubt BO could afford the time to moderate a forum like Yahoo.... not without reliable helpers anyway willing to dedicate time to help.
