Lunch

I had 2 salada crackers ( aldi generic lol) with a small tin of lite drained yellow fin tuna ( also aldi) with a teaspoon of horseradish cream on the side for extra,zip.

And a mandarin.

Washed down with a cup of strong tea.

cheese, ham and lettuce sandwich on wholemeal (bakers delights) bread with sesame seeds - Toast Cut..

Bickford's lemon and barley cordial with soda water..

I don't mind Vegemite and cheese ..

or even Eggs on Vegemite toast ... :bgrin

One of my favourite breakfasts...poached egg on half a toasted vegemite muffin. Yummy

I don't buy takeaway, EVER, but one of my ghastly crap fix meals I might have once in every couple of years is a packet-chip and tomato sauce sandwich. Has to be really fresh white bread.

WHY is this in SPARTA ... the "hidden" room that Arsie and other banned people cannot read? Don't you want Arsie and Monk to know what you eat? This is bizarre (a fav Arsie word). :mrgreen:
