I posted this on a site of friends of mine I have known for years,, thought I could share it here
I think I have altered all the naughty words
www.agric.wa.gov.au/
The mob that told me I was never going to get a promotion because they had to only promote women under a new (unspoken) government policy.
I did go back 20 or so years later and managed here http://www.agric.wa.gov.au/water-manage ... h-facility
Then here,,,, oops it seems they are broke
insolvencynotices.asic.gov.au/browsesearch-notices/notice-details/Vemco-Pty-Ltd-065985453/2ddf3b0c-3060-4040-be8d-e8a289fdb701
managed to get out of there before they went broke, bunch of idiot managers.
Then to Drip Services,,, Is it possible for a company to list larceny as their service?
http://www.mwcci.com.au/business-direct ... s-pty-ltd/
I had to leave there, I was afraid of being an accomplice. (and being stolen from)
They lost the contract to Karara Iron Mine,,, I think Karara finally woke up
then
www.boyaequip.com.au/about-us
A previous General Manager was stealing from me,, You can manipulate the sales and workshop costs to wipe out commissions, the workshop manager worded me up, but I had already worked it out.
He was a well known crook from talking with his previous employer,, he disappeared quietly from this company
The rest of them were OK.
Then
thewest.com.au/business/finance/water-firm-gfr-pulls-the-plug-ng-ya-367654
GFR, were going broke, they were crooks as well, I asked a few too many questions and got the sac two weeks into a four week shift.
There was a whole lot of QA procedures where the company lied when filling out the paperwork, I asked about it, got sacked.
plus they found out I was in a union.
Glad when they went broke, if they had been honest they may have kept some contracts and won some more.
then REL pipelines, they got bought out by
www.nationalpump.com.au/
I was the supervisor for a mine dewatering project.
in came in on time and under budget.
I got the sack at the end of the contract.
I told my boss he was a f*cking idiot for breaking safety rules, including the lifting loads over vehicles, driving through coned off roads and so may more .
He was a drinking buddy with the owner, so I paid with my job.
that boss lost REL a contract on the next job, and then REL have been taken over by
www.nationalpump.com.au/
Then the safety manager job at Allclean
www.allcleanservices.com.au/
They were a great bunch and a good company, just had two managers that were anti safety and quite aggressive about it.
I got the Lost Time Injury frequency rate down from 22 to below 10,,, which meant the company kept its workers comp insurance.
One day one of the managers was doing a dangerous job, working high on a ladder, in a carpark with cars whizzing past the ladder with no protection.
I took one look at him,,, I should have pointed out the hazards, but he was such a smart arse I just said to myself,,,, die c*nt!
At that point I knew I had to leave,, while the owner of the business was a genuinely good bloke and he was happy I got the accident rate down, he let me down by not supporting me with the two bad managers. I got on pretty well with the other staff and managers (took a while to win them over tho).
Then Quintis
quintis.com.au/
I worked with some fantastic people there, but once again it was a dishonest company and also once again they were going broke so I got out.
I was safety manager there, I need some sort of award for doing safety for a crook company full of incompetent managers in the Northern Territory,,, the place where misfits and non conformists go.
I still managed to bring down the incident rate,,, not that they communicated that with me,,, their insurer did tho.
I still miss the good people from there.
Then Meedac
meedac.com/index.php?page=home
I will be resigning Monday.
Once again a corporation that lacks integrity,,, I think they may be going the same way as GFR and Quintis.
