Lexicon reports

Post by mellie » Thu Apr 19, 2018 8:36 pm

Would u believe it.

I've never even been booked for parking/speeding.

Omg.

Why can't our government demand working with children's checks for people who decide to start a family?

Makes me sick

My ex partner would probably beg to differ.

I believe homicide detectives should have contacted me prior to 2015.

Not good enough Spectrum Taskforce.

The emotional harm is catastrophic.

Sorry Mellie but can you dumb this down for me?

1) what is a lexicon report;
2) why should homicide detectives have contacted you; and
3) what is the “spectrum task force?

You need a license to drive a car and own a gun, should we start screening parent's with working with children's checks and at least have kids at potential risk on our radar?

Perhaps if perpetrators knew that they would be screened and observed closely, they'd be more reluctant to wilfully set out to bring life into this world for evil purposes.

The way child protection works is children are only monitored if they're on their radar.

Ie, reports of neglect/abuse .

I think preventing crime would be less expensive than treating it.

Just a thought.

Didn't you guy's wonder why in 2015 I just suddenly stopped posting here?

- Criminal record check

-In 2015 homicide detectives turned up at our house to question my ex late at night.

- Spectrum taskforce is a taskforce investigating a notorious Melbourne schoolgirls unsolved murder back in the late 80s to early 90s.

This has devastated our entire family.

Confusion, internal conflict, mixed feelings.
Utter turmoil.

Detectives advised someone had made an anonymous call to crime stoppers.

I don't believe this to be true.

Homicide detectives don't just turn up at the family home unannounced late at night to interrogate someone based on some " anonymous tip-off " to crime stoppers without good reason for doing so.

Note, I was a kid myself at the time these murders and assaults took place, they occurred many many years before I met him.

He is much older than I.

As you all know, we met on crackers political forum.

I always get anxious around court dates and scheduled access visit dates.

I'm tired of keeping this a secret.

It's not my baggage, it's not fair I am burdened with it.

And it's not fair that a government department and my childs ICL forgot to redact correspondence allowing our address to be displayed on the court portal for my ex and his barrister to access.
They've apologised, and are currently investigating so as to ensure this doesn't happen to another, but its already happened to us.

There's an IVO in place.

No longer feeling safe.

In the months following homicide detectives visit, I became increasingly suspicious of my ex, so when he went to bed after forgetting to lock his computer one night I looked at his search history.

I then called police to our house, as what I saw concerned me greatly, the police arrived, looked at his computer and noted their findings of concern and took his laptop to be forensically examined. The lexicon report notes that whilst images of concern were found, he wasn't charged.

The detective advised that due to a loop hole, he couldn't be charged despite their concerning nature, I then asked him what I should do. (I was staying in Sydney with my parent's at the time) he advised me to keep as far away from this person as possible, despite the full forensic analysis having not been completed yet.

I took his advice and moved to middle earth ( rural mid NSW town) though within 6 weeks, my ex had issued me with a recovery order demanding I return with our child to Melbourne.

What I saw in his search history explains why homicide detectives visited our house, without having even seen pictures.

Ie, How to avoid FBI, Japanese schoolgirls white panties, etc.

I don't want this to happen to anyone else on any seemingly benign political forum.

Everyone assumes this sort of thing happens on dating sites or tinder, I'm here to tell you it can happen on any online environment.
