I made a cut down version of the KFC bean salad last night.
I couldn't get the long green or yellow beans in cans so
I used Carmelina 4 Bean Mix | 400 GRAM from Coles instead:

I used far less sugar and salt than the KFC recipe.

After 9 hours marinating in the fridge:
I just tried the bean salad out with some fried spuds.
It was quite good.
I'll look out for the yellow and green beans in a can and try again
when my latest mix runs out - still plenty more in the container.

My last date ended abruptly at a restaurant when I asked her if she could cook? :oops

You don't need "a good Hungarian wife" for a Hungarian goulash.
1 kg Australian beef chuck , cut in 3.5cm cubes will do it, just add plenty of paprika to the stew :lol:

It is good Austra Hungarian goulash to make it more Austra can add green beans and touch of vegemite.
