Australian kids are being dumbed down in many ways...
A percentage of parents just give up...no parenting skills, and no desire to cultivate any...
Teachers give up because of many reasons....
I wont elaborate on all of them...
Kids of today have the "reinforcement" of their attitudes, values and feelings from their friends on social media...
Hence the parents are "outnumbered"...
I wouldn't start having kids today for quids…..
As for the Asian kids being smarter...well that's always been a given...different culture...different parenting..etc…
I would imagine if an Australian kid today back answered a parent, instead of being punished for being insolent,
disrespectful or dishonourable….a meeting would have to be arranged to ensure the childs rights were not being
abused...…

Maybe its just Australia that is fucked, Both my kids are being university educated, one has just graduated and the other is in their first year ,,

I dont think that is what they are saying,

Its more the pre university education comparison of various subjects such as maths, science etc

We have more kids undergoing university studies than ever

but some say they take on the lazy easy degrees where the gooks would be studying high level maths science hi tech degrees!

Who could argue that the school agenda is not left wing progressive?

According to that monumental work of science "The Bell Curve", almost 100 years of intelligence testing in the USA has proven that Asians are a bit smarter than whites.

The "bell curves" of racial intelligence show that the most common IQ score for African blacks is 85, Hispanics 95, "white" Americans (who can include Arabs and native Americans) at 103, and US Asians at 106. Early cognitive metricians arbitrarilly set the average for intelligence at 100, which was once the most common score for white Americans. But education and the imperatives of living within a technologically advanced society appears to make people smarter.

Group intelligence appears to be linked to the length of a civilisation. Those societies with the longest civilisation appear to be the smartest. The only exception appears to be the Arabs who's civilisation extends back to rival China. But the Arab acceptance of an anti science and "Inshallah" religion, coupled with generations of marrying their cousins, does not appear to have benefited their collective genome.

The Bell Curve of intelligence for US Jews is 116. This is probably geared not only to their length of civilisation, but also to the fact that as the world's most persecuted people, the smart ones usually survived the pogroms by either getting the hell out of Dodge first, or buying their way to safety later. The dumb ones got killed off.

Exactly what constitutes "intelligence" can be a hard one. Cognitive metricians today talk more of "intelligences" than just "intelligence" in the singular. They are aware that certain people have "talents" or "intelligences" which other people may not have. Top sportspeople, gymnasts, and dancers are considered to have "physical intelligences", that allow them to be much better at physical activity than others.

'Social intelligence" is another talent which allows some people to be more socially successful than others. Women in particular have more "social inteligence" than men. This is because for millennia, males ruled the roost and the only way that women could hold their own was to develop a highly efficient intelligence that gave them the edge socially.

Ever tried lying to a woman? No way, Jose. They even have a special radar which tells them when you are perving on their cute little arses.

Back to Asians.

Asians may be more intelligent than whites but it appears that their races do not create the towering intellects like Michelangelo, Galileo, Einstein, or Rutherford, that the white race routinely spawns. This is believed to be caused by the Asian education system which for millennia stressed rote learning as opposed to western free thinking.
