Just had a very nice snack - I wish I had more.
some Janayin Falafel with some Obela hommus.

Janayin - a blend of chick peas, fava beans with fresh herbs and spices:

Obela - Obela's Smooth Classic Hommus combines tasty chickpeas with
the perfect hit of garlic and tahini to create the super-smooth and creamy dip.
v Gluten Free v Source of Dietary Fibre v
Plant Based v Smooth & Creamy v No Artificial Flavours or Colours

I love falafel and hummus. Some tabbouleh would have topped it off nicely.

Dinner tonight was very nice:

Yumis - herb falafel with parsley, coriander, mint and dill from Coles.

Obela - Hommus - from Coles.

Green Goodness salad from Coles.

Then for dessert tonight:

Coles and Panama Passionfruit - $1.50 each -
I bought one just to try it -
it was worth every penny.

Navy pasta but instead of ground beef I'll use ground chicken.

The Aldi Portugese tarts are really good. They're frozen and come in a pack of 4. They're larger than the ones you get in cafes.

Just pop them in the air fryer or oven for 15 mins, let them cool, and yum!

yes -
I just polished off the remainder of those falafels and salad
but I added some cucumber slices.

Now I'm about to polish off a little tub of Tamar Valley yogurt with Blueberries. :)
