When he arrived 15 mins early, and noticed we were already here, I waved to him and said hi, from several metres away ( for the benefit of my daughter) however he ignored me.

He should have at least waved back because not doing so tells our daughter we aren't on speaking terms.



This isn't fair on her.

Anyway, was an uneventful access visit, things went well.

I making a point of always speaking positively of him in her company, really, I'm not an idiot and would never speak ill of him in her company.

I don't want to mess her up.


We both need to be on team "daughter" I even invited him to attend her swimming classes outside court ordered scheduled visitation..

Court ordered only three hours access today, we were there for 6.


I am trying my best, given the situation.

Want to focus on the positives in providing our daughter with wonderful new memories, rather than ruminate the past.

But will need to work together.
