Brian you scored 93% socialist alliance and 89 percent greens. Well done, mr centre left
Brian is so FAR LEFT that if he became further LEFT he would end up in the Indian Ocean and shark bait. :rofl

However, I very much doubt that he gets out of his sandals and socks and pompous ideology to actually check his surroundings.

Oh, dearie, dearie, me. Really, "Nicole"? I suspect you "cooked the books", now didn't you? Tsk, tsk.

I refuse to take such tests because they are invariably weighted heavily in one direction or the t'other. My politics haven't changed largely since I was a wee lad - fairness for all. People should be accepted on their individual actions, not some unhinged group identification. Beliefs should be evaluated on the basis of reality and what people actually do and believe in.

I remember your report on your trip with Brad where you went to Wilcannia and was shocked at seeing Indigenous Australians who voiced their opposition to White Hegemony by dabbing the local war memorial. Funny how you were silent when it was pointed out that there were many such dabbings - by white protestors over the decades. You wanted the Indigenous people who did it, "hanged" IIRC.

I suspect you've never, ever, met a Muslim in your entire life, "Nicole", have you?

Turnbull even invited hate preachers for dinner. Ones who wanted to kill all gays and hang women by their breasts in hell

I was just half way through a long response to this tripe and lost it. I don't have the will to start again.

Oh, dearie, dearie, me. Really, "Nicole"? I suspect you "cooked the books", now didn't you? Tsk, tsk.
Not at all. I answered the questions as honestly, from your shoes, as I could. Obvious stuff: yes, you support Australia becoming a Republic. Yes: You support medical marijuana. Yes: You support gay marriage. Yes: you are pro-choice. Yes: you think guns should be controlled. Etc etc etc

I admit there were two or three questions I had to anticipate what your answer would be, but we've debated a long time Brian. I suspect if you took the test, your results wouldn't alter dramatically from those I obtained for you.
I refuse to take such tests because they are invariably weighted heavily in one direction or the t'other.
And yet the test has produced a variety of results. I rather think it's a case that you want to maintain your own self-fiction that your centrist.
My politics haven't changed largely since I was a wee lad - fairness for all. People should be accepted on their individual actions, not some unhinged group identification.
So I can't stereotype a nazi, Brian? They were a group. Are all Nazi's bad?

Jesus Christ Brian, I will compliment you on your memory. That was over 10 years ago - maybe 15. "Dabbing" is an interesting way to describe the absolute desecration of a war memorial (which I posted photos of, having never seen such a thing before).

Wilcannia is an interesting place to go. The Aboriginal people, whose connection to country is so important, had filled the dry riverbed of the Darling River with so much rubbish it was unbelievable. I may have posted photos of that, too. Their country is their medicine, yet they do that. Fuck off. They are no more connected to country than Fred from Hackham West.
You wanted the Indigenous people who did it, "hanged" IIRC.
I never called for Aboriginal people to be hanged, Brian, although I strongly suspect I would have wanted to instate vouchers for essential items and kick them off sit down money. Maybe move to a place there a jobs, given their connection (sic) to country.

You do realise "indigenous" is no longer PC. It's like comparing Aboriginal people with flora and fauna and a no-no. Tsk tsk.

Funny way of "letting it be," "Nicole".

Ah, but the way the questions (and obviously the answers) are weighted, "Nicole" is what is important. I suspect you answered the extreme for each question when in reality, I am far more of a moderate than many, including yourself, give me credit for. I believe in many things but not to the point where they are the most important things I consider. I believe in the legalisation of medical Marijuana but not to the point where it dominates my thinking on drugs. I support Gay Marriage but not the point where it dominates my thinking on the issue. I am pro-choice but again, not to the point where it dominates my thinking on the issue. I believe guns should be controlled but again, not to the point where it dominates my thinking on the issue.

Like yourself, I am a complex personality, "Nicole". I think about a lot of things and while I may argue in their favour, it doesn't mean I don't recognise problems that they may represent.

The test I suspect is heavily weighted against those who consider themselves "of the Left." I would never associate myself with the Socialist Workers' Party, never, ever. Stalinists are not my cup of tea and never have been.
My politics haven't changed largely since I was a wee lad - fairness for all. People should be accepted on their individual actions, not some unhinged group identification.
So I can't stereotype a nazi, Brian? They were a group. Are all Nazi's bad?
You can stereotype who you like, "Nicole". Nazis are supporters of the ideals of the National Socialist Party and it's leadership - including the Final Solution. Some, once they realised what they had signed up to, shrank back and turned to traditional chivalry and honour. Some, OTOH, plunged head long into the debauchery and hatred of Naziism. Few however decided that Hitler had gone too far and attempted to assassinate him.

You would condemn all because of the actions of a few, "Nicole", just as you have chosen to condemn all Muslims because of the actions of a few. Indigenous Australians, Muslims, yes, even Nazis are not uniform in their beliefs and actions, "Nicole". Time you realise that.

Yeah, sure, sure, "Nicole", sure.

And have you actually chatted to the Taxi Driver or just ranted at him, Mmmm? Muslims have quite a diversity of opinion and belief. Just like you and I, "Nicole". We may be both Australian but we have very different views on many issues, even perhaps, most issues.

I voted Centre. Political alignment has always been difficult to me, especially with the two fuckwit "choices" we have this year.
