I have never heard of the Executive Council of Australian Jewry but, after a Google, I see that it does exist. The notion that it contacted some member on a small forum about another member on a small forum though is ludicrous.

Maybe I should make a Fringe sub-forum?

As to answer the question put by Bobby, yes I've been on a watch list now for over 40 years. It is maintained by Shin Bet - the internal security agency for Israel. Why am I being watched by Shin Bet? Because I was once very critical (still am actually) of Israel's policies in the Occupied Territories. Apparently when someone comes to their notice, their name is put on a watch list. How do I know this? I was warned by several people who disagreed with the Israeli habit of doing so as in "Don't ever visit Israel because..." I've seen no reason to doubt the opinion of these people ever since.

Tsk tsk. Oh deary, deary me. You've been put on a watchlist for racism and xenophobia towards Jews.
