Good luck with it all
Got the floor down and its pretty good, if I do say so myself.
Only took 2 hours and there is only a niggly pain.

Shed tomorrow.
I'm sitting in the base now
my shift finishes at midnight
ill get a few hours nap and then into it tomorrow.

At least its not busy out there.

That position, and several others are fairly standard for back injury rehabilitation.

I do it every morning in my daily workout for a damaged back.

We are all doing damage to our backs by sitting all day, not using our core muscles and not making our core strong enough.

Trust me
A bad back is a terrible thing to live with.
As self appointed expert of nothing and opinionated know-it-all of everything I recommend swimming and bar work (eg chin ups) for strengthening the muscles supporting your back.

EDIT ADDITION - If the problem is arthritic, you can get boron from celery .. or lick your finger tip, dip it in borax and lick it again.
If Donald Trump is so close to the Ruskis, why couldn't he get Vladimir Putin to put novichok in Xi Jjinping's lipstick?

Some do, some I don't think so.

What I do know is that none, not one single pill, ever given to me has done a thing.

Oh they make me sleepy
Some dull the pain, and my senses
Most bind me up so bad it's not funny.
But take away the pain, not on your Nelly.

Exercise, in moderation eases it a little.
When it gets real bad, a stinking hot bath is better.
But building up core strength does some good.

When it all comes down to it
The pain is permanent, only the degree varies.

All very true and strengthening the core is by far the only thing that really gives any sort of relief. If you strengthen your core that, in turn, strengthens the muscles around your spine and supports it.

Tree pose.

I just lift one foot off the ground.
Hold it behind me, arms above.
Very good for balance and core strength
