Vehicle Restoration/ panel beating
Welding all types
Drawing
Fishing.... Sounds funny but was a great course on ocean fishing/ inland fishing, Making lures, we even cooked fish on the last night
AH - a TAFE course is a very good idea.

Another source of courses is U3A (University of the Third Age) mostly designed for retirees
