Simple chicken dinner tonight. Easy peasy.

So - what do you do with the left over chips from
the fish and chips you had the night before?
Most people throw them out to the birds but I don't.
I wrap them in the paper they arrived in and put them in the fridge.
The next morning they fry up perfectly in olive oil -
in fact they are more crispy and better than when you bought them.
This was nice for brekky this morning:

Tonight -
carbonara with tuna and garlic and pepper.
It was extra nice.
