True, it's always wise to take care and use common-sense
We are usually in bed asleep by 9 anyway, even though I wake during the night due to RA pain and stiffness.

Prays have worked well for us so far, for everything, I refuse to fall victim to the negatives and stop enjoying all the positives
Good on you. :)
And good on you too for eating responsibly. This joy for cooking is great for keeping positive, because you're taking good care of yourself and sharing these meal ideas with others. I borrowed your lamb leg fillets yesterday. :-)
This one?

Dinner tonight.
Braised lamb with egg, veges and rice - with light soy sauce.
Yummo. Would that have been good enough for any of youse guys?

Ahh - but that was fresh lamb -
seared each side on high temp and then cut into slices and
turned over on to each red side and seared again -
just cooked through before serving - still had lots of taste.

Admittedly, mine was a tad dry, likely the defrosting process and the fact that I should have cooked it in a seperate pan, then melded it together towards the end, but it was tender enough, and an easy week-night meal. Filled the hole.

Lol :bgrin

My daughter loves lamb , her favourite.

Buy Gravox and use it make gravy for the lamb -
that will work if it's a bit dry.
