Felon joined in October, well before anyone even suspected that there would be another election, He may not have posted but then neither had StokerJim and HIS vote was accepted in the election before this. So precedent is in favor of Heartless Felon casting a legitimate vote.

IT IS NOT ENOUGH TO SAY HE HAD NOT MADE ANY CONTRIBUTION BEFORE THE ELECTION BECAUSE NEITHER HAD STOKERJIM.

Bobby suspended the rather silly rules he created early in his term as EL. So there are NO RULES precluding the vote of Heartless Felon being accepted.
