So I can confirm that it doesn't only impact overweight people. He's extremely fit and treats his body like a temple.
I thought those Mandibular devices were mainly to stop snoring not sure how they help with sleep apnea, in my case I have periods of stopping breathing for 30 seconds or more and often cant breath through my nose without the cpap air pressure.
Anyway let me know how he goes.

They take a lot of getting used to. My son was able to keep his on for 5 hours the other night. That's the longest he's been able to go so far. Prior to that 2 hours was the longest.
