The problem with legal actions is that a lawyer can give a client advice whether to sue or not
to sue, but its then up to the client to decide whether to accept that advice or not.

I think most people who lost someone on the Ruby Princess and/or lost someone because infectious people were let off the ship without being checked will be thinking about retribution. Whether they win/gain or not. It's a strong message.
