The Crows and Black Cockatoos were in early this year...

If you have ever followed me on this .. you'll know what this means...

Winter Rains.... For Victoria at least...

Last year the Crows came in around Late March...

At the same time you see Black Cockatoos fling passed to nest out for the winter up in the mountains... (so the old timers say)

This year the Crows came in early March along with sightings of Black Cockatoos passing our area...

This will mean good winter Rains and also that winter will come in a few weeks earlier than last year... im uncertain if it'll mean a longer winter...

I'm in a unique spot at the moment where I can observe these things.. but soon I will no longer be living in this house (not our home anymore)

We're moving our of the City to a small small country town about 20 kilometres out...

The winds are calmer and it can be 3 to 5 degrees warmer on a warm day.. for instance ... I have observed say 23* on my car temperature gauge driving from the city but after driving out to my new Block the outside Temperature can be running at 27* to 28* ...

So after 18 years of living on the coast with cold winds we'll be finally back to the country, surrounded by Gum Trees (I love them 8-) )
Mt Buller has announced today that the resort is opening early on Saturday 1 June
How did my prediction go Bobby?

Just looking at other states and countries in regards to their winters...

A little difficult to find... MSM is mainly silent on this... if it was a hot day the Climate Alarmist would be going nuts!!

No rain here and water restrictions come into force on Saturday. Apparently we have had the driest March and April since 1888.

Warragamba is down to almost 50% yet still they keep piling the people in

What sort of water restrictions?

In Canberra we have had Permanent Water Restrictions for years. During Summer, Autumn and Spring you can only water the garden/lawn with a sprinkler system between 6pm and 9am. No restriction in Winter. Hand held hose or bucket can be used anytime. Plus washing the car, windows, etc bucket only. However, you can go to the local commercial car wash and have it done there.

When I lived in Sydney, I always thought that the "wet season" was around February/March ... when the Sydney Funnel Webs were on the prowl and gum trees were uprooted. :bgrin

Not sure about the depth of the water restrictions as it doesn't really affect me as I have always been careful with water.

'Wet' (if you can call it that) season is usually around early winter.

Considering we have just been through floods and storms.

It really stupid that we have no water.

Our grubberment is full of short sighted moronic turds.

They should be held responsible for
Stupid short sighted policy
Idiocy
Greed
And the stupidity of giving away billions to other worthless dead beat countries instead of fixing the issues we have her first.

If they used the few synapses they have between their freakish ears
They would realise that with the correct application of funds
They could actually increase food production by providing resources and water and then sell that overseas.

Why do we have such dead shite, stupid, greedy imbicilles in grubberment?
I have a dream
A world free from the plague of Islam
A world that has never known the horrors of the cult of death.
My hope is that in time, Islam will be nothing but a bad dream

I’ll just continue to put the Greens/Labor/Socialist at the bottom of every ballot card and keep hoping others wake up and do the same...

In the mean time.. i’ll Just try to work with what we have ...

You need to make things work for “yourself”

Look at the subsidies that our idiotic governments give away and try to take advantage of them etc..

As for the weather ..we can look to the skies or what we have around us.... Take notes, Take notice... grow some of your own veggies 🌽 and don’t take politics too seriously ...

BOM PREDICTS WARMER THAN AVERAGE WINTER FOR AUSTRALIA

Climate outlook overview

The winter climate outlook, issued 30 May 2019, suggests a drier than average winter is likely for much of eastern and parts of southern Australia.

Daytime temperatures during winter are very likely to be warmer than average.

With more cloud-free days and nights expected, there is an increased risk of frost in susceptible areas.

Warmer than average winter days, but frosts possible

Warmer than average winter days are very likely for most of Australia except in far north Queensland.

Nights are also likely to be warmer than average overall, however dry soils and the forecast for drier than average conditions could bring more cloud-free nights, increasing the risk of frost in susceptible areas.

Historical accuracy for winter for maximum temperatures is moderate to high across most of Australia, except parts of the interior and eastern NSW. Minimum temperature accuracy is moderate to high for most of the country except parts of the south. See map for more details.
Doctor Andrew Watkins of the Bureau said winter was shaping up to be drier than average for most of eastern Australia, with warmer than average days very likely for much of the country.

"Southeastern Australia could see a dry start to winter, with the models  showing June rainfall is likely to be below average in New South Wales, Victoria, eastern South Australia, and southern parts of both Queensland and the Northern Territory," he said.

Significantly, models predict  a positive Indian Ocean Dipole will develop in June, and persist through winter and into spring. This would typically bring below average winter-spring rainfall and snowfall to southern and central Australia, and warmer temperatures to much of the country.

The Bureau's autumn summaries will be released on Monday, 3 June but preliminary figures show autumn 2019 is likely to go down as one of Australia's five warmest autumns on record.
And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.

Seems to be Dry in NSW and North Victoria .. Bushfires in in QLD..

Where i live its been wetter than last year gauging on the amount of water 💦 sitting on some areas of my block...

But this is why Kidman had land all over Australia...

If it was dry in the South .. He’d run his cattle to NSW or QLD... if it was dry in the North... he’d drove the cattle/horses back down into Vic/SA areas....
