Won't solve a damn. Half-wits will still vote and do damage. I think before voting, people must hold an IQ test. I scored 134-145 on several IQ tests, but to be fair, I think around 95-100 is fine.
The one that says the least can often have a very different perspective and hold the answer. The least qualified person may hold the most wisdom. When you don’t have knowledge or experience blocking your perspective, you can see problems and solutions.

And the IQ test should most def be on logical intelligence, not social or other types of intelligence. Because hypocrites and sleazy sliding snakes will score the highest on social IQ - how they manipulate the system to their wicked liking.
