Not sure about Aussie but there are not a lot of hydroponic companies set up to deal with non commercial users,

Sprintmyster you have excited my hydroponic taste buds, Im going to build a small tunnel house on the back of the swimming pool, As it has a legit power source , Im thinking around $3000 should do it, I have a few connections that will save me a buck..I will put in a self dosing unit, PH and nutrient
solution. Im gettin a little firm matte

My goal is a 'self contained garden wall'. On wheels so I can move it according to the seasons.
Self dosing unit sounds very good.

That is the great thing with hydroponics , No soil, so it doesn't have to be attached to the ground , :beer

it's very interesting.
I see this gardening as more an assembly line that normal gardening

There are quite a few things I need for one. Have bought a timer and the nozzles.
Will need food safe material for the structure. Dark colour to keep light out.
A pump, some meter to test the pH and nutrients of the water. Hosings, connectors.
Wheels. Dc converter
