consider what you pay for food each week...

consider the time and cost it takes you to go buy it...

consider the time it takes you to prepare meals...

consider the energy you use to prepare those meals.. electricity, gas

consider the time it takes to clean up after those meals... pots and pans... wiping the stove down etc.. benches

and you don't have to get a complete meal plan... you can just buy 10 0f those dinners and put them in the freezer... for instance..

I would recommend anyone try it for just one month... or even one week

my mrs was really good.. .she'd stack the fridge with a weeks meals so that each day.. that day was at the front and ready to go.. . the for your Tea... just select one out of the Freezer that you feel like that night..

What I have felt on my delayed breakfast days is this :

By the time I have breakfast, at about 10 am, my stomach is empty.
My whole system has had a rest from digesting food.
My first meal is eaten and my stomach is all ready and keen to digest it
My system is working 'lean' and efficiently.

1st meal is 'dispatched' by my stomach rapidly.
Before 2nd meal arrives, 1st meal is about gone, so the 2nd meal is dispatched in a similarly rapid manner.
It is not till dinner that my stomach still has something in it when any new food arrives.
After that comes the next 14+ hour fast.

as you guys would know by now, im an avid user of Public Transport...

well..

a couple of days back on the way to work these school kids came running to catch the Bus..

they came running out of "fast food" shops.. 2 boys and a girl.. Maori kids..

they were as big as buggery... HUGE..

why are most of them like this ??

the girl had 2 x bacon and egg toasties.. yes 2.. and they were huge. . she was holding them with two hands and proceeded to bog into them once the bus got moving...

the boys were HUGE as well.. had full of fast food for breakfast full of fat..

but then im guessing the parent will complain that the government isn't doing enough to keep their kids from being fat....

It's disgusting.

And all at the taxpayers expense when at 30 they're likely to need their first quadruple bypass.

My daughter has 1-weetbix and a piece of fruit for her breakfast every morning.

I never let her eat rubbish.

I love and care about her and don't want her to made fun of for being fat or having to suffer immobility or toothaches.

Her father however really doesn't care about her health, just gives her garbage at access visits because he thinks this will make her want to see him and love him more.

She love's him anyway, if he really cared and had respect for her, he wouldn't give her the type's of foods he knows aren't good for her, for the purpose of annoying me.

It's more important to himself to ignore her paediatricians advice and feed her crap and annoy me, because he feels as though he is in control.

It's all about the selfish and or lazy parent's .... who feed their kids rubbish.

Not about what's best for them.
