Protecting moisturising leather goods

I found Lanolin to be very good.



First used it on the skin of Conga drums, the skins dry out, can't get the sound off them.

Then used it on leather shoes, it is really good on those.
When shoes are 'new' the leather may be 6 months old, dried out in factories and on ships.

Just used it on our large leather lounge and recliners.
Look beautiful now

Don't rush into that idea. On the lounge it has not soaked in yet. On shoes it was perfect.
It is a spare lounge we don't use, sits on the deck. It has covers over it and needs extra protection.
The leather was in good condition still, I had put stuff on it a few times before.
This coating of lanolin I put on was very thick. It may take a few days to soak in
