China has been using these dirt poor countries all over the world to get established without using their military forces. They sign contracts with these dirt road Mecca’s to build roads, bridges, dams, and railroads and when the indebted country can’t make the payment then China takes control of their country. Very simple and very discreet. China is mad at our Allie Australia so when trouble starts we will be obligated to go down there and help the Aussies. Very similar to what we did in WW 2 against the Japanese. Take a Google look at this island and all it has is a tiny airport and dirt roads and small homes. Hardly the place to build a city...but very convenient for a military base.We might have a breather though because the island has a TB epidemic going on.
