When Yes was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Geddy Lee of Rush filled in for their deceased bass player. He played perfectly. At 75, Jon Anderson hasn’t lost his voice.

Rush didn't really have air play here back when they were popular. I was only introduced to them in latter years. A friend's brother who used to play in a Canadian band (Wireless?) introduced me to them, for which I am grateful.

I really like Rush. Passage To Bangkok is my favorite Rush song.

Piert is insane. Sometimes, his drum kit revolves around him while he plays. Neil Piert writes most of the lyrics. The band became more organized and precise when he took over drums. Fly By Night was his first album with Rush and the difference is obvious. Lifeson is OK, but I like watching Lee do vocals, bass, and keyboards simultaneously. There are no slackers in a successful trio. ZZ Top, Triumph, Rush, The Police, ......

Now that Rush is retired. I'd like to see Geddy Lee get with other musicians and start a new group. Triumph is also from Toronto, CA. Triumph's bassist is too busy to perform with his concert sound and lighting business. They have gobs of talent at all positions. I think Geddy would fit nicely and they could do Rush and Triumph music to support a tour if they are up to it.
