Re: Buhurt medieval violence
Optus messaged me last week about updatings.
I still can't get clips, tubes to kick on yet. Sorry.
I did have something like those at Freddos. An African restaurant in Goulburn 10 years ago.

I've been watching Outlander recently. Time travelling from the 1980s to the 1770s. I resisted it for years but finally gave in and glad I did.

I watched couple episodes years ago but it didn't grow on me. Now I have more time and may be should try again.Black Orchid wrote: ↑Sat Mar 21, 2026 6:53 pmI've been watching Outlander recently. Time travelling from the 1980s to the 1770s. I resisted it for years but finally gave in and glad I did.

Same here. I got halfway through season 1 several years ago and dropped it. I don't know what's different this time around but I'm actually enjoying it now.tllwd wrote: ↑Sat Mar 21, 2026 11:54 pmI watched couple episodes years ago but it didn't grow on me. medieval graffiti
When fewer than one in ten were literate, graffiti was an alternative means of expression. Most examples are pictographic and would have been widely understood. A graffito was often the only personal trace ever left over the course of these artists' lives. Medieval graffiti gives valuable insights into people's imaginations and values, customs and social practices, their sense of humour.
