Chinese espionage
What does it look like?
The definition has somewhat expanded over recent years, and can mean more than perhaps some would care to fathom.
I'm concerned for Australian, and no longer think we are taking this as seriously as we should be.
No point developing weapon technologies, because it'll only get stollen anyway?
Political cohersion and infiltration is becoming increasingly evident in countries like UK, Canada, Australia, weak and now woke targets for foreign interference.

We definitely need a government that's prepared to crack-down on this, and unfortunately, the best way to start is by keeping a very close eye on foreign nationals and students entering our country.

And we have issues with ADF recruitment , processing applications takes on average of 300 days, almost deliberately impeding our own military recruitment process.

Re: Chinese espionage
We can't assume the emu position with this one guys, not talking about it, or thinking about it won't make it go away, even if it stands to damage relations with China.
Let's get real, there is no trusting relationship with China, only trade agreements, and the mere fact that China actually felt comfortable enough to ask Australia to get on side with them re- Trumps tarrifs, should tell you that this government of ours is weak and woke.
Albanese's response was limp wristed at best.
Well, China seems to think so anyway, and remember, it was their deliberate infiltration of our Left weak political parties that rendered us woke and weak to begin with.
So, what are we going to do about it?
Continue allowing China to back-door us, via our youth, vulnerable minorities and less educated or will we finally get the fact that we need to review our nuclear arms agreement?
It was an agreement which stood to advantage China in the Indian Pacific region afterall, under the guise of our committing to the all illusive notion of global peace.
Global citizenship, another avenue of opportunity for China to continue infiltrating raping and pillaging Western intelligence, military and political structures.
Have we had enough yet?
Note how China itself refuses to adhere to the same ideologies it's impregnated our woke western Left politics with.
Clever, hu.
Do as we say, not as we do.

Yet you'd like to see Dan Andrews as PM? He who sold Victoria out to China?

No, I liked his persona, as an individual, and his down to earth relatability no nonsense demeanour.
I think it's a shame he's with Labor, anyhow too late now, even if he changed team's he couldn't be trusted.
He would have become PM had he joined Liberals ranks.
In terms of his carnage in Victoria, let's be honest here, Dan alone wasn't responsible for this mess, Victoria has always had union issues, corruption and I don't believe Dan fell down the stairs.
Do you?
ALP had ruined Victoria before he became premier, he was merely a prop they used in order to get re- elected because he is likable and down to earth + no dummy.
Shame, he joined the wrong party, he could have avoided all those nasty little accidents and reached his full potential as a centrist Liberal candidate.
It's just such a shame to see talent go to waste, particularly when this kind of talent doesn't come by often.
Let's face it, most political leaders come across as being slimy dishonest grubs in Australia, even Howard was snivelling, Costello conceited and condescending.... and these two were perhaps my favourite duo in office.
It's very difficult to feign honesty, which is why the general consensus in Australia is that our politicians cannot be trusted whereby when we head to the polls, we are ultimately left with deciding between the better of two evils.
I wish this would change, I really do want to "like" one of our leaders as individuals, but this election I'll be voting for LNP, not Dutton per say, because I think he's rather underwhelming.
Let's hope his hearts in the right place and that his performance is better than his public speaking.
Actions speak louder than words, and I think he needs to do more than drop into service stations and talk about fuel prices.
Crime, national security, social housing, ( not public housing) education, youth crime, health ,NDIS he has the credentials to be investing more into the things that matter, but national security needs to be a priority.
Wondering if his campaign strategists are deliberately rendering him less effective?

Re: Chinese espionage
Labor is no longer an Australian political party, so I'll never vote ALP again.
Foreign interference + union crooks + greens.
Have become a "party hire" business for the highest bidder.
They're no longer a party for the working class, rather are a party for the misguided and those with vested interests in handling us for foreign countries own best interests.
Liberals aren't perfect, but they're all we've got that's capable of securing our OWN nations best interests, this opposed to China's.
Trouble is, younger generations don't get this, they're all swept up with woke'ism, the ideology of love thy neighbours and that we can all live on this planet happy ever after, sharing global resources while doing yoga on the beach, equipped with an organic chai latte or infusion of some sorts in a reusable flask.
Unfortunately, China and Russia isn't interested in the "true" communistic ideal, .... they're aiming to be the next superpower.
Already, China has demonstrated it's intolerance towards ethnic and religious minorities living in their own country, it's a hypocritical regime that has succeeded in brainwashing it's own citizens, using fear, and this isn't consistent with our Western free world ethos, whereby we feel safe enough writing sharing our political views, the way I am here, could you imagine what would happen to me if I were a Chinese citizen writing anti-government sentiment on a public Chinese forum or social media platform in China?
I'd disappear.
Notice how the Left speak of global atrocities occurring all around the world, focus on environmental policies yet despite China being the world's worst poluters and human rights abusers, how often will you hear our Greens, or other Left leaning organisations talking about China?
No, because these Left micro- parties and organisations are engineered to be critical of the West, not China.
Perhaps they should critically evaluate their own process and question this themselves?
No, because questioning is off limits too.
Can't be seen as an outsider, as this could result in being ostracised, ejected for having an independent thought process.
China is off limits because they are inadvertently receiving funding from China to exist in the first place.
Communistic ( Marxism/ Leninist) ideology is only one tiny facet of these woke micro party's and organisations, unfortunately, the other facets being far more sinister, toxic, socially and self- destructive.
But China is a forbidden word.
Freedom of speech is sacred, but we are at risk of being able to express our thoughts should we allow China to continue infiltrating our nations Western values ,politics ultimately our policies and laws.
Our culture is one of freedom , and it's why China's trying to use this very freedom as a weapon against the West.
Note- Russia and China don't particularly value eachothers political ideals , they're merely united for politically strategic purposes.
Mutual interest and very little respect, China will eventually engulf Russia if together they succeed in becoming our next superpower, because China wants to be No 1, not share first place with any other nation.
Russia should think about this very carefully.

Re: Chinese espionage
Patriotism and culture is crucial for protecting our Western way of life against those who aim to dismantle it.
This is why the Chinese are most reluctant to recruit even those living in Western countries of Chinese heritage for espionage, because a nations culture and Patriotism matters, and they know this.
The current objective is to dismantle Western culture and Patriotism within Western schools, universities, the Australian community at large.
China wants our white Australian youth feeling ashamed of being Western, many will insist Australia HAS NO CULTURE, and will talk about all our historical horrendous acts of genocide etc.
China's government see invading Australia as fair game, and are influencing and lying to their intellectual youth to believe that China found Australia first therefore has every right to take over.
Hang on, let's reflect on Chinas historic and and CURRENT genocide of it's OWN minority ethnic populations?
They won't allow the West to challenge their blatant lies and hypocrisy with their youth and community, hence the great firewall of China forbidding the West from discussing this with them within their social media and otherwise digital platforms.
They willfully keep their own citizens as though they were mushrooms. Kept in the dark and fed shit.
They don't want proud patriotic young Australians to value or defend their country, they want our kids feeling ashamed and disenchanted with the whole Western civilisation notion itself, from start to finish.

Re: Chinese espionage
A message in a bottle to China with love, from Australia.
A dragon won't stop the 100 year flood that decimated your nation the last time it happened.
What's the law of Osmosis again?
And where might be these particles?
Think about this, but try not to think too hard on it, there's not a lot you can do other than pray, oh that's right, God worship is forbidden in China.
You know that millions of your citizens are likely to drown should this cyclic once in a 100 year climatic event occur, what are you currently doing to improve the likelihood of survival for your own people?
Or like the West, particularly those who aren't party members, are merely proletarians, working class, small businesses, farmers etc don't they count?
The mum working 18 hours a day on her sewing machine to manufacture crap that we Westerners can't be bothered making anymore ourselves or the Dad who manually cleans China's extensive city's sewer networks by night due to the social stigma?
Just to be able to afford to send their kids offshore to be educated in the West.
How about them China, have you put in place infrastructure to ensure they stand a reasonable chance of survival should the flood come?
Because they didn't count last time you endured a catastrophic flood, whereby you came in and shot the rest of their prevailing families dead and stole their land and farms, businesses etc.
I guess this information isn't available on China's own search engines and internally curated intra-web?
The same can be said for what will be the inevitable catastrophic outcome of your idiotic response to the wealthiest nation on earths trade tarrifs.
You Chinese do like a gamble, particularly when it stands to harm the proletarian population among you.
Pride before falleth.
Happy days,
Cheers
Ps- China should be building arks, not bombs to destroy or intimidate other nations who are entitled to their OWN nations resources, research, asset's and security.
A truly civilised nation would ensure what happened last time, never happens again. Will you be calling upon all those nations you've been intimidating to assist with such a catastrophic disaster? Or will the dragon suffice?
I think this is the take-home message here, in this little bottle of mine.
Stop pissing in your neighbours wells.
You never know when you might need their help.

Re: Chinese espionage
I think it's time to bring China's historical and most importantly, current social and environmental atrocities to the forefront, particularly with the UN.
Why wasn't the UN concerned with a lab- born pathogen, Covid19 come possible global bioweapon which has now resulted in a GFC?
Ask ourselves the questions that matter, like why is the UN concerning itself with the war in the middle east, yet not concerned with the blatant atrocities occurring in China as we speak?
If the UN won't hold China accountable for it's genocide of it's own ethnic & religious minorities and other nations for being our worlds worst environmental poluters and significantly accelerating the devastating effects of climate change, displacing hundreds of small islands natives around the world, who will?
Where will they go?
Sadly, many of them are struggling to survive, fish, eat, because of the putrid environmental contamination of their critical waterways and imagine, a third of our worlds ocean plastics actually come from China, yet China's waterways themselves, as polluted as they are, aren't as bad as the poor islands they're destroying in our own backyard....the Indian Pacific.
Why aren't our politicians asking the questions that need to be addressed with the UN?
Too scared?
Sounds familiar, like they were too scared to ask China why their warships were entering our nations own Exclusive Economic Zones.
At least Liberals ask the tough questions Labors too gutless or self interested to ask.
Ie, Scott Morrison re- Covid enquiry.
Did anything come of this request on the UN front?
Remind me, why are we funding them to do nothing in our OWN and our neighbours best interests again?
UN- Proxy self- interested global government for Left leaning/ communist nations aspirations?
Let's all forget about what China's doing, and focus more on what the West either is or isn't doing, do I have this right?
Like what Australians today didn't do when our nation was first colonised by the UK.
Used as a dumping ground for what ultimately ended up being better resourced and educated than the UK itself in 2025.
See people, this is what freedom of speech is all about, so we can feel safe asking these questions and helping one another understand our rapidly changing global dynamics.
Communism results in this freedom being severely limited or abolished altogether.
If we can't ask these questions, and governments aren't held to account for the decisions they make, then what will become of democracy?
Gone!

Ignorance isn't bliss guys, you watch and mark my words.
We'll pay dearly for our subservience and apathy.
When Monk can no longer post even his Leftard political views, he'll hopefully think about this and remember who quietly told him so.

The day will come, unless WE INSTALL a leader who's capable of securing our nation and speaking up against what needs to be addressed nationally and globally.
Monk claims that he enjoys a good read, I'd like to know what his thoughts are re- the following article which raises some rather pointed questions, issues not being addressed by the UN, and seemingly overlooked by our Left- leaning Marxist propaganda mills.
https://www.state.gov/reports/2023-traf ... ort/china/
Remember kids, we get the government we deserve.
If we are too busy watching the cricket or football or shopping online for luxury items we can purchase for half the price from China, then we will get exactly what we deserve, it's just a shame that not all of us are so ignorant yet have to pay the price in the end.
Do you feel good about rewarding China for their blatant disregard for your own and many others nations?
Their blatant atrocities towards their own ethnic and religious minority groups?
What will it take?
