We love a stagnant sunburnt Country?

Post by mellie » Sat Jan 11, 2025 10:29 pm

Why do Australians allow the man on the TV or radio tell them how to think still in 2025?
If the man on the TV says nuclear power is too dangerous, expensive, or simply not achievable, then morons listen.
Then we have https://ieefa.org/resources/congress-sh ... ess-energy

Who we should be able to trust and who also tells lies in order to please it's true master, "China".

Let's get this straight kids....

China doesn't want Australia to realise the cost and environmental benefits of nuclear power because China depend on their green technologies manufacturing industry greatly, and should Australia understand that China's green technology has come of age, and that nuclear energy is in fact the way forward for Australians whereby we should become entirely self sufficient energy-wise, within 50 years, then this will render China "irrelevant ".Broke!
Worse than that.......other nations might follow and this would have a devastating impact on China as both a world leader and green technology powerhouse.

The Guardian, and all the left-wing ( China sponsored/ infiltrated) media and even organisations like IEEFA who we should be able to count on for an honest discussion about Nuclear energy, are effectively our enemies.

Our enemies want us to continue buying disposable solar panels and other more expensive and non- sustainable Green technologies.

Rather than encourage Australia to be self sufficient and entirely sustainable.

Understandable!

China is already in financial strife.

But are Australians stupid enough to allow another country with a vested interest in our energy market decide our future?

Really?

And why is Labor, our nations oldest party allowing China to infiltrate and feed us misinformation about nuclear energy?

:roll....

Is Australia mature enough to have a "grown-up" discussion about Nuclear energy or will we put the debate on the backburner to fizzle and burn for another 50 years, until we are the last idiots on the planet still buying expired and expensive Green-tech from China?
Lol- Energy in a jar even????

Furthermore, where are we to dispose of all this toxic expired waste long term?

Is it the West's fault that China grew too big for it's own boots too fast in a sector that's highly dynamic and subject to scientific evidence+ research and breakthroughs?

China thought it was pretty safe with it's green technology sector though is feeling suddenly threatened by Australia having no real desire to maintain a foreign country's manufactoring industry that's very dependent on our remaining ignorant.

When will we wake up? :roll

We should have allowed one coal fired power station to be built in each state and used
clean coal from QLD to run them.

We have Anthracite high quality coal in QLD with very low emissions.

After all - China builds a new coal fired power station every week.

I know Dutton has woken up, however the problem is he has to try and convince Australians in just a few months that nuclear power is a winner. :roll

If I were Dutton, I'd be focusing on *NOW* issues like cost of living, health, education, youth crime, housing affordability, rental property crisis, businesses drying up, building more prisons and military schools for young delinquents, brown/black/white regardless of colour.

Because voters have very short attention spans and generally want what meets their immediate needs in THIS ELECTION, rather than on what will make the country a better and safer place 50 years from now for their own children, grandchildren.

Unfortunately.

Coal isn't sustainable, rather coal is unsustainable because it's a non-renewable fossil fuel that contributes to global warming and other environmental and health issues.

Whether you believe in global warming or not, coal just isn't sustainable. So an alternative needs to be sourced.

We'll likely have a combination of a variety of different energy sources anyway, however I'd like to invite independent and professional analysts of nuclear power costings because I believe there's a palpable bias towards nuclear energy given a certain country stands to lose so much when we finally do.

I only meant for coal to ensure we don't get black outs.

Take a look at these charts.... speaking of blackouts, got any batteries?

https://www.fdiintelligence.com/content ... 2024-84489

If China's renewable energy products were the global solution, then why is it that China's own renewable energy sources make up just 35% of its electricity mix, with wind and solar accounting for only 16%. Subsequently....China still relies on fossil fuels for 65% of its electricity, making it the world's largest emitter of pollution.

Yet Al'Baloney treats them as though they're the solution?

Did we miss something here?

:c

Other than the ALPs party sponsors?

Just another PM who has attempted to sell us off and out of our country as his imminent retirement is on the horizon and he really couldn't care less about any of us?
I wish he had been all that I had hoped for, very rarely any of them are, however Albanese's agenda is particularly destructive to Australia's sovereignty, our way of life, that I believe he should be investigated himself due to his allowing foreign influences to permeate our nations politics in a way that is particularly concerning and dangerous.
Paul Keatings obviously his puppeteer, on a local level however it's China that his loyalty truly lies with. Along with Chinaphile Rudd's.
