Democracy in Australia?
Under Covid emergency powers:
The problem is that a democracy can be taken away by
emergency powers at the stroke of a pen.
It's too fragile.
In Australia our Governors of the States and or Governor general have all been silent.
They have just accepted anything that the PM or state premiers have done
without question or comment.
If we had a curfew with a shoot on sight policy would they step in then?
These questions are not in our media.
We have been brainwashed to think we live in a free society with human rights.

Re: Democracy in Australia?
Australia has never been a democracy.
We have no rights
We are over governed with draconian laws.
You are not even allowed to defend yourself, but are not punished much for assault.
We have more politicians per capita than any civilized country
We have more public servants per capita than any country
and both are paid more than any country.

I have a dream
A world free from the plague of Islam
A world that has never known the horrors of the cult of death.
My hope is that in time, Islam will be nothing but a bad dream

Last time I read the Criminal Code it does allow me to defend myself.
Incorrect. Link.We have more politicians per capita than any civilized country
Nope. Wrong yet again. We have more public servants per capita than any country
Link.
That is a very blunt pencil. Sharpen it up with more detail and I'll go look for evidence. On your batting average so far I am pretty confident you are wrong.and both are paid more than any country.

You have never been involved in a self defence case, have you?
the law comes down harder on someone defending themselves than the criminal.
The term "using undue force" is bandied about far too many times.

These figures do not take into account all the hangers on like councils and such.

The president of America gets a pittance in comparison to a lowly public servant in Australia.
The general political and public servant stage has very expensive taste.
Especially when the far too generous pensions are taken into account.

I agree with Blacky... You are delusional Aussie!
PA is not a court of law.
If you feel that people on this forum have wronged you, then you need to access legal services and pursue a legal remedy.
That is what a REAL lawyer would do.
The FACT that you have never done this gives credence to the idea that you are not, nor have you ever been a lawyer...
"But you will run your kunt mouth at me. And I will take it, to play poker."
