Abbott overrules DFAT warning to all Australians not to travel to the Crimea just so he can get his face in the paper.

"Prime Minister Tony Abbott is encouraging Australians to keep travelling despite fears terrorists may have been behind the disappearance of a Malaysia Airlines plane."

DFAT. "We continue to advise Australians to reconsider their need to travel to Ukraine overall and not to travel to Crimea."
