Mr McArdle last night told The Courier-Mail that the 8c tariff would have added an extra $110 million to all power bills over six years, had it continued.

8c from 40,000 punters provides the LNP $110 million. 44c from 284,000 provides the LNP $4,295.5 million.

He is a mental patient. He loves to talk about a non existent valve that he didn't invent and knows nothing about hence the reason why he can't explain it. He found something on the interwebz that caught his fancy in one of his 'episodes' and it has been brewing in his subconscious ever since. The politician stories are just an adjunct to try and make it relevant to this forum.

DaS Valve 100% converts steam energy to water energy

This is against the 2nd Law of thermodynamics (I think I got the right one) therefore must be as real as a perpetual motion energy source or cold fusion source.

Steam cannot be converted to water at the same energy level unless work is applied. that is the steam becomes compressed for example. The energy in the compression is work and therefore extra energy is applied.

If it is a valve than a valve by definition is only allowing movement from one high pressure environment to another that is of lower pressure. When they equalise it will still be steam. If you need to recompress the stream to make water then work is applied.

According to the government's media release, a replacement feed-in tariff of 8¢ per kilowatt hour will apply from July 10, 2012, and end on July 1, 2014, “pending a further review of the scheme”.
When was that passed on to new purchasers?
Not my mate who just build himself a granny flat so his daughter and children could have his house!
