Federal law requires the Coal-ition to tender for lifeboats to force asylum seekers into. Federal law requires the Coal-ition to tender for operating Manus detention centre. Coal-ition sees itself above the law but will shortly be corrected on that point. Look forward to the Commonwealth Ombudsman report.
