The sad thing is CO2 turbine technology is owned by the people not DaS.
Accepted by Prime Minister Rudd on behalf of the people and passed on to various Ministers so Government could adjust itself to the new financial flow resulting in less Coal and Oil burning. The benefits of more of everything electricity can make including jobs is already catered for by Commonwealth Government.
