Abbott’s austerity

Post by Jovial_Monk » Thu Sep 12, 2013 1:15 pm

The unemployment rate increased 0.1 pts to 5.8%.
The participation rate decreased 0.1 pts to 65.0%.

So, at this stage with the economy really fragile the Abbott austerity is about to hit.

Unemployment will have a “6.” in front of it by the end of the year, the dollar will start a precipitous decline causing inflation. By then the first installment of the botch job of a so–called Audit report by the economic illiterate Costello will be handed down a couple months after that.

Be interesting to see if Piss&Moan has the stomach for all the cuts Costello will demand. Robb and Hockey will be all for them—Piss&Moan probably will be talked into agreeing to the cuts. Mid next year the unemployment rate will have “8.” in front of it. That would be the time for Turnbull to push to keep the NBN rolling out to keep employment up, followed by a challenge for the Leadership soon after.

Labor already programmed in putting people out of work up to 6.25%
Once again, the conservatives have to clean up the filthy mess left by the whining progressive leftards.

A good steam clean should get the stink out eventually.

Never again should this rabble of leftwing fuckwits and their brain dead supporters be allowed to fuck with the country.

This is what austerity does:
Why is it that the LNP and their hangers-on never seem to take notice of things like this. There’s a good chance we might be headed for a milder version of the European version of austerity economics.

Be afraid, be very afraid.
Europe faces a “lost decade”, with the number of people trapped in poverty across the continent set to rise by up to 25 million by 2025 unless austerity policies are reversed, according to a damning new report from aid agency Oxfam.

The charity, which is better known for delivering relief programmes in developing countries, says the damage being inflicted on many European societies is reminiscent of the devastation wrought by the strict “structural adjustment” programmes imposed on poor countries by the International Monetary Fund over the past 25 years.

Countries in Latin America and Asia that turned to the IMF for help in the 1980s and 1990s were often forced to slash public spending and liberalise their markets in exchange for rescue loans.

“These policies were a failure: a medicine that sought to cure the disease by killing the patient. They cannot be allowed to happen again”, says the strongly-worded report, to be published on Thursday.

As the poster said, be afraid, be very afraid. Recession is coming folks, along with inflation and high interest rates. The economy is so fragile ATM with mining investment winding down and not much bar housing to take up the slack. Couple upticks in interest rates and that is it for housing.

Should be accelerating the rollout of the NBN, not winding it down. #Fraudband won’t be rolled out, you can count on that.

Run for the hills, chicken little. All you whining leftards can start your own little commune and you can grow your shitty tomatoes for the group in a display of solidarity while you sit in a circle and wail all you like.

Real Australian are not listening to your bullshit anymore. We had 6 years of your fuckups. It's the adults turn.

Run away and play like good little lefturds
