Polls and Preferences

Post by mantra » Wed May 22, 2013 7:16 am

Will the Greens give their preferences to Labor and vice versa this year?

Labor appears to have climbed a little in the polls and with preferences might do a little better than predicted. The Nationals seem to have been swallowed up altogether by the Libs, but the Libs couldn't make it without them.

Really?
Gee I guess that's why 2pp polls keep proving your assumption wrong then.

Really, roach, do they?

A high number of undecideds/independents, distributed according to last election is a poor guide for polls now: we have Katter’s Australia Party and Clive’s whatever it is—how should those votes be distributed?

Your ALP can have all 10 of those votes...god knows, you need them.

Not only that, the Libs are in complete disarray. Hockey one day floats a thought bubble about increasing the GST, that option was taken off the table the very next day, so he comes up with a thought bubble about ending negative gearing. that turkey won’t fly either.

I mean, thought bubbles this close to the election? Have the Libs done no policy work at all since 2010? Did they really think they would slide into government without facing the electors? Boy, will they pay for that! another wheel just came off their chariot!

ha ha ha... you know you are a giant hypocrite. I remember you posting 2pp preferred results and crapping on about preferred PM to support your delusions about the ALP etc.

I used to say there is only one poll that counts and it is the election, but now you poo-poo the 2pp and ignore poll results entirely grasping onto even shorter straws.

face it Monkey Boy Gillard and Co are gone, gone gone
and frankly... good riddance :hlo

If this crap does die a death then Abbott will go down further in PPM and approvals, dragging the LNP support down with him.

Hmmm is all this a ploy to get rid of Abbott next week after all?
And there are many many more :rofl :rofl :rofl

The "Nationals" have been part of the Coalition forever. As you must know, Mantra, the Nationals were once the Country Party and have always been aligned with the Menzies Liberal Party.

If you are trying to get Bobbie back, it won't happen

Has Kevin Rudd just stitched up a preference deal with the Katter Party?
