RuddBull - the Q&A wet-dream

Post by Rorschach » Tue Nov 20, 2012 12:03 pm

All the tweenies and twits were on it. Labor party supporters are always on about it. It was a LW Progressive Wets wet-dream Rudd and Turnbull on Q&A.

Hard to understand why a conservative Liberal party would want Turnbull as a leader. Easy to see why Labor would. (Such a shallow talent pool). (Such a bad current leader).

Some think he'd make a great Labor leader, and pull the moderates from the Liberal party. Why doesn't he jump ships? Who knows.

According to the Poll on that link, 50% of the 22,056 "voters" want Turnbull as PM. Nobody else comes within cooee of him.

He should start his own Party like "everybody" is apparently telling him. Then those who want him can vote for him.

What's the Tele? News Corp? It has a Poll as well with Turnbull ahead of Abbott and Rudd ahead of Gillard. Must be the same lot hitting the "vote now" thingie. ;)

Was commenting on the gap in the SMH poll Nef... why it is so big?

The Tele (get that JM) the Tele poll, has a choice of 2 and the gap (currently 44 to 56) is a lot less than 50. But... it will be bolstered by LW Prog voters. The same paper has Gillard at less than half Rudd's (32 to 68).

Maybe it has something to do with The Age? No idea. At one stage I thought Malcolm would make a good PM but after his stint as Leader of the Libs, I changed my mind. The man is up himself and way to left for my liking. He should be in the ALP. :bgrin Or start his own Party like "everybody" tells him to. :zzzz

Oh dear, Tone tipped to be outed by Malcolm Turncoat, errrrr, Turnbull:
Leadership speculation: Betting markets suggest Abbott more vulnerable than Gillard: Abbott $1.40 to stay leader; Gillard $1.25
oh dear! And, can I bring myself to say this? Yeah, of course I can!
In mid November support for the ALP is 50.5% (up 4%) cf. L-NP 49.5% (down 4%) on a two-party preferred basis according to the latest face-to-face Morgan Poll conducted over the last two weekends, November 10/11 & 17/18, 2012.

Today’s face-to-face Morgan Poll shows the ALP primary vote is 36.5% (up 1% in 2 weeks) and the L-NP 38.5% (down 4.5%). Among the minor parties Greens support is up by 1.5% to 11.5% and Independents/ Others is up 2% to 13.5%.
Greens and Ind/Oth both too high.
