Now idiot Fielding has been waving this graph around:

No data showing where it came from. But note what it is: a graph of the temperature anomaly, how much (air) temperatures vary from a steady state. And we see that, even with the big spike temperatures are above what they should be, i.e. that graph does show air temperatures are still rising. Doesn't include ocean temperatures or the increasing acidification of the oceans. The latter would justify reducing emissions all by itself.
