Headline from the Age

Property links PM to stolen funds

Seems that even the Age have decided that Gillard is unelectable after her shaky end of life performance today :rofl

On a more recent serious note...

Gillard has shown her propensity for naive political expediency outweighs her respect for the office of public service.

She has cultivated a parliament full of misogynists on her own side to bolster her parlious ranks in the form of Thomson and then recruited Slipper as Speaker, not despite his history but because of it and in the process she opened the man to ridicule and the public microscope that she knew would be coming but did so anyway at the expense of the man for her own gain all the while accusing her political opponent of that which she has sanctioned within her own ranks. Gillard is the poster child of the "when you point a finger ,three are pointing back at you"

She sacrificed a man that she KNEW would be thrown under a bus and in doing so has not only ruined his career prospects and most likely his marriage..and for what? An extra 12 months in a job she never deserved or was never suited to?

The best thing the Labor party could do at this point is to re-appoint Rudd and clear out the union lackeys and suckhole MPs

There is a reason the rationalists in the labor party back Rudd...they knew this clusterfuck
was coming but the young and old hard heads alike are not prepared to give up their 'perceived' power- because that is what it is- perceived only and only within the Labor party and when that 'perceived' power grab has evaporated like it has down to the low 30% and less then the power brokers and the political pragmatists are going to clash...and badly.

When Rudd was deposed the power brokers had their win.
How they could not see it was going to be short lived is only something the guide dogs writing newspapers for the blind guys leading the other blind guys and then translated through some fucked up version of google translate

The downfall of Rudd came at the point that he challenged their authority publicly...that was when he leaked the union confrontation between him and union heads at Kirrabilli and Rudd was painted as telling them to get fucked...that was the start...of the union bullying...Gillard has not only continued it, she has latched onto it and it is her only weapon.

She is firing blindly, not hitting any of her marks and it looks like the collateral damage is going to be huge

Gillard is a lying, thieving corrupt fat arsed pointy nose sexist misandrist bogan biatch!
She only appeals to f-wits!

And the Governor General is just as bad, else she would sack Gillard.

Gillard must apologise and step down from parliament.
Women...if they had brains they'd be men

All of that is old news, and already dealt with comprehensively by Gillard. As for your comment about 'end of life performance,' it seems the rest of the World disagrees with you.

The point was that it is now in the AGE dickhead- and when you link to one Yahoo7 article from QLD it is not the 'rest of the world'

Here's the 'rest of the world'

Once again, Julia Gillard’s judgement has proved catastrophic.

Janet Albrechtsen:

So desperate to cling to power by boosting its numbers in the House of Representatives by one extra vote, the Gillard government appointed a man who should never have been Speaker. And then when Slipper’s reputation was completely ruined by revelations of his outrageously lewd texts to staffer James Ashby, the Julia Gillard could immediately have taken the high ground, condemned Slipper’s vulgar behaviour and demanded he resign.

That didn’t happen. It was left to Slipper to do one right thing by the office of Speaker. He resigned. And the Prime Minister is left looking like a goose. She will now struggle to be taken seriously about the very serious issue of misogyny. Double standards don’t get much worse than this.

Peter Hartcher:

JULIA GILLARD confronted a stark choice yesterday - the political defence of her parliamentary numbers, or the defence of the principle of respect for women.

She chose to defend her numbers. She chose power over principle. It was the wrong choice. It was an unprincipled decision and turned out not to be pragmatic either. The Prime Minister gained nothing and lost a great deal…

The moment Gillard rose to defend Slipper and keep him in office, she chose to defend the indefensible, to excuse the inexcusable.

Peter Slipper:

I do understand the arguments of those who argued against me...

Judith Sloan:

The really troubling implication of this showdown is that Gillard will now mispresent any criticims of her peformance and the performance of her government as examples of sexism and misogyny.  She will play this card, even if it is the lowest trick in the book, constantly portraying herself as a helpless victim.  A sad day for feminism.

Come off, Julia.  I say just suck it up.

Peter van Onselen:

IS it possible for a political party and a prime minister to have more egg on their collective faces than Labor and Julia Gillard do right now? Having fought to the last man (and woman) to defend his right to remain Speaker of the House of Representatives, Peter Slipper himself resigned last night… It was a sight to behold watching the conga-line of female Labor MPs vote to retain Slipper as Speaker after so many of them have condemned Abbott for causing offence to women.

Dennis Shanahan:

Rather than taking the initiative and leaving Slipper to fall on his sword, Labor went to full-blooded battle and tried to make political gains in its obsessive war on the Liberal leader.

When it was obvious to everyone that the new trove of degrading sexual texts unearthed in court meant Slipper’s career was over and that Labor should take the lead in his removal to justify its high moral stance on sexism and denigration of women, the Prime Minister dug in.

Michelle Grattan:

The moral of the Slipper saga goes back to its beginning. The government wooed Slipper in a highly cynical exercise to improve its numbers. Not only was he a Liberal ‘’rat’’, but he was a ‘’rat’’ with a bad reputation.

The government thought it a great coup, but all it got was a huge load of trouble.

Miranda Devine:

THE entire rotten edifice the government has created to smear Tony Abbott as a vile sexist misogynist came crashing down yesterday in Question Time.

After weeks of taking high umbrage at imagined instances of misogyny emanating from the muscular Opposition leader, yesterday the Prime Minister and her sanctimonious sycophants, such as Tony Windsor, voted to protect an actual proven misogynist.

:rofl

None of that backs up your 'end of life performance' comment. My yahoo link refers to remarks made internationally which are directly relevant to your false allegation.
