Sure, why not.

The Matrimonial Causes Act was repealed in 1975, to give way to The Family Law Act which introduced all sorts of societal changes, including 'no fault' divorce.

You allow marriage to occur between any two people who profess their love and commitment to each other, then you have to allow the state to recognise polygamy and all that entails including legal rights, wills, inheritance, social security, pensions, rights of children brought up in that environment, rights of the parent (which one???)

It's nothing but a progressive Trojan horse. Just as we have seen with the bleeding hearts on illegal immigrants, appearing compassionate for the sake of feeling good about themselves end up a policy with little compassion from anyone...not to mention dead people.
