There is nothing to suggest the actions of the police were in anyway excessive or deviant to how they are trained to respond in violent situations like these.

Face it Aussie, the thug kicked and punched police and was resisting arrest.

In this instance, the cop had to do what he had to do in order to subdue him and get him in the back of the wagon for his, the public's and their own safety.



Ask yourself, how would have you managed this situation differently?

The cops had a job to do, they didn't have time to wait until junior had finished chucking his adult tanty in a public place...this or grab a few pillows to place on the ground to break his fall.

And junior should have thought about this before he misbehaved in a public place crawling with police.

He broke free from their grip, so the police were forced to restrain him on the footpath again.

Being cuffed didn't stop him kicking police did it, so this gives you some idea how aggressive he was towards police.

It's normal police procedure to restrain a volatile individual exactly the way they did.

Inescapable fact is that Brutus the thug cop body claimed a handcuffed waif to the pavement................and could easily have caused his death.....if I am to believe the mantra, "One punch can kill."
