I've just had a long weekend in Sydney with a media blackout but I noticed Lambie and Palmer on the TV in an Airport lounge this arvo so I'm not up with what's been going on. I'll go and have a look at some papers before I comment.

A double dissolution is a procedure permitted under the Australian Constitution to resolve deadlocks between the House of Representatives and the Senate. If the conditions are satisfied (called a trigger), the government of the day can request the Governor-General to dissolve both houses of parliament and call a full election. If after the election the legislation is still not passed by the two houses, then a joint sitting of the two houses of parliament can be called to vote on the legislation. If the legislation is passed by the joint sitting, then the legislation is deemed to have passed both the House of Representatives and the Senate. A double dissolution is the only circumstance in which the entire Senate can be dissolved.

I have posted the screen shot of his actual article. I've proven both Solonoid and I were correct already now you are just looking desperate. You do know The Tele just take Bolts articles after he has written them for the Herald Sun don't you? Obviously the Tele are desperate to put their own spin on things, just like you. I still haven't seen you apologise to Solonoid for saying she changed the articles title even though I have proven she obviously did not.

Actually you posted a screenshot of the blog I was talking about the actual article I explained all this to you and even though I went out of my way to get a friend to photograph the actual article you are still in denial... Unbelievable Skippy... simply unbelievable.

Yes I explained it all before I even conceded that there may be different article titles in different states and I explained the editorial duties and how it all works and still you cannot admit in the face of everything... and that oh so important to YOU photographic evidence that I was right... now that is pathetic.
