Correction, I'm the one that clearly demonstrated that Rorsch was saying that gays are not human. You're the one denying this claim and you have yet to offer anything other than long winded "nuh uh" statements. Now show how "apple cannot be equal to an orange" is not saying that gays and straights are not equal, i.e. gays do not deserve the same human rights as straights.

Marriage is defined and has traditionally been for eon the union of a man and a woman... not a man and a man or woman and a woman. Apples and oranges.

You want to create a term for same sex people who want to have a legally socially or even religiously recognised union... then go right ahead... but it isn't a Marriage as defined as the Union of a man and a woman now is it? As much as you may want to call an apple and orange... it just isn't.

As for rights... legally they have them.
I may love someone but that doesn't automatically mean I have the right to marry them, or deserve to marry them.
If I was gay, I'd not be seeking to marry them because Marriage is the union of a man and a woman.
This whole thing is a beat-up by a minority of a minority I see no reason to make such a social change like this and certainly no reason to try and make it global.
