I love a sunburnt country,
A land of sweeping plains,
Of ragged mountain ranges,
Of droughts and flooding rains.
I love her far horizons,
I love her jewel-sea,
Her beauty and her terror—
The wide brown land for me!

The stark white ring-barked forests,
All tragic to the moon,
The sapphire-misted mountains,
The hot gold hush of noon.
Green tangle of the brushes,
Where lithe lianas coil,
And orchids deck the tree-tops
And ferns the warm dark soil.

Core of my heart, my country!
Her pitiless blue sky,
When sick at heart, around us,
We see the cattle die—
But then the grey clouds gather,
And we can bless again
The drumming of an army,
The steady, soaking rain.

Core of my heart, my country!
Land of the Rainbow Gold,
For flood and fire and famine,
She pays us back threefold;
Over the thirsty paddocks,
Watch, after many days,
The filmy veil of greenness
That thickens as we gaze.

An opal-hearted country,
A wilful, lavish land—
All you who have not loved her,
You will not understand—
Though earth holds many splendours,
Wherever I may die,
I know to what brown country
My homing thoughts will fly.
"But you will run your fluffy bunny mouth at me. And I will take it, to play poker."

FMD, thats because its winter, thats what happens in winter.
What really pisses me off about you climate change deniers is that your brains are very simple, just because its snowing in the snow fields climate change is bullshit, but its a bit more complex than that, far to complex for you to understand WI but I'll try though I'm sure its a waste of time on your brain.
The earth is warming-FACT
Many pacific island nations will not exist in 40 years, why? because of climate change, you see one of the effects is ice melting which creates larger seas which flood low lying lands, are you getting it yet? I doubt it, you conspironuts prefer a good oll conspiracy above fact any day hey?
What do you conpironuts have to gain? lots if you work for oil companies et al,
What do climate change believers have to gain? nothing, we just care about our planet, all you care about is your dollars.
What really gets me is that people like you seem to like your kids growing up in pollution, what sort of person would like that? your a greedy bunch who dont even care for kids futures, you disgust me.

‘In March, South Australia experienced a record heat wave which brought scorching temperatures across the state. Adelaide, South Australia’s capital, experienced its longest running heat wave on record, with 15 consecutive days of maximum temperatures above 35°C (95°F). This broke the previous record of 8 consecutive days which was tied on numerous occasions, most recently in February 2004. Also, Adelaide set a new record as having the longest number of consecutive days exceeding 35°C (95°F) for all Australian state capital cities. The second longest such streak was 10 days, set in February 1988 in the city of Perth. Overall, South Australia had its third warmest March since records began with 2.35°C (4.23°F) above the 1961-1990 average (BoM).

"A once-in-a-century solar storm would threaten catastrophic destruction if a worst-case scenario event transpired, a new NASA report has found...
The sun operates on an 11-year cycle, with the next "active" phase due in 2012 likely to present the nearest danger."
