What 'internationalisation?'
GYAAF...

Isn't that what it's called when the PM of one country visiting another country holds a press conference about a non-issue in order to score political points at home using the language our PM did?

no use trying to explain it all to you in one go... "PEABRAIN"
You really are a thickhead and a halfwitted peabrain. The states were supposed to have signed off on this and they haven't. The money has been there for 3 years. What are they supposed to do - tie it up forever until the states take the next step in actually allocating it?
Excuse me are you saying the States haven't signed off on it? huh? What? Oh my... does that mean THE PROMISE was made without the deal being ratified first?

The issue is mantra that a promise made by the federal government for $10,000 dollar bonuses for certain teachers which was opposed by the Union movement has now had it's funding removed even though some states were utilising it in slightly different ways to reward those teachers.

what don't you understand about making a false promise.
what don't you understand about removing the funding for it.
Go start a Thread about that. This one is about Abbott being an economic simpleton. Stay relevant Roach.

Your statement is made on the premise that Gillard is capable of stating the truth.

Clearly this is not the case and evidencing of Gillards multitude of lies goes towards her credibility

Suck it, fuckface

Cypress took people's savings because the govt spent too much.
Gillard is taking 15% of retirement income because the govt spent too much

The parallels are all there

Did you even read the article you posted....
Confidential documents prepared by the government confirm that payments to the states under the plan will cease in 2014,
How can the payments to the states "cease" next year in 2014 - if as you claim they haven't even started. You have got it wrong. The states haven't allocated this funding to the teachers, although they have accepted the funds. They have obviously spent the cash elsewhere.

In regard to the unions being opposed to this funding - more twisting of words from the LNP hacks. The unions want all teachers to be paid more.

If the states refuse to ratify the agreement to pay good teachers more - how is that Gillard's problem? It's no surprise the payment to the states will stop next year. They're the ones who took the funding on false pretences.

Wasn't my claim mantra... you are confusing yourself.
they can cease because that's what the government says they are going to do.
perhaps you should ask them about it.
they promised, they were incompetent, they lied. Nothing unusual there mantra.
In regard to the unions being opposed to this funding - more twisting of words from the LNP hacks. The unions want all teachers to be paid more.
That's right mantra try reading a few more articles and maybe your ignorance will go away. They were against selective bonuses and pro more pay for all. WRONG yet AGAIN.
If the states refuse to ratify the agreement to pay good teachers more - how is that Gillard's problem? It's no surprise the payment to the states will stop next year. They're the ones who took the funding on false pretences.
Sigh... you don't make promised until the deal is done mantra... until it is ratified... the states obviously think there are better ways to spend this money or disperse it. Yet Gillard and her government like with the EAST TIMOR ARRANGEMENT jumped the gun and promised something not agreed to. liar liar pants on fire for them mantra, let me know when the penny drops

The teacher bonus was just federal ALP incompetently sticking their nose into a state issue and completely fucking up once again.

It's fucking comical
