SMH poll ...

Poll: Do you support Tony Abbott's cuts to foreign aid?

Yes - 41%
No - 59%

Total votes: 9754.

Poll closes in 19 hours.

Surprising. Although another similar poll showed Yes 56% No 44%.

Personally I support foreign aid being cut at this point in time.

It's an obvious and sensible thing to do. If you are in debt you don't run around offering to give all your neighbours money you don't have.

His pet desk toy, a polar bear, is called Ted and he is eating a fish and can't talk? Who names their desk toys?

Kevvi has obviously lost it. It isn't even funny funny but weird funny!

Does the ABC still have PLAY SCHOOL? He would be an ideal presenter! :rofl

I hope that he brings Ted to the ABC (or wherever) tomorrow night and lets Ted, the fake polar bear, give his speech. Australia needs a fake desk pencil sharpener, called Ted, as a symbol of the Labor fuck up. Pencil up bum, mind in neutral! :rofl :rofl :rofl

Prime Minister Kevin Rudd has been accused of using fake endorsements in a political flyer to save his local seat of Griffith.

The brochure titled 'What locals say about Kevin Rudd', features Griffith residents quoted as saying positive things about the Prime Minister.

According to News Corp, one featured local, Paulla Millar, is a New Zealander and could not vote for Rudd anyway.

"They have put out something that is untrue and now they have egg on their faces," she said.

Shame it wasn't uncovered earlier for the AEC to investigate

they can still investigate it.
But Nick has a much better idea and that is to legislate truth in advertising during election campaigns so pollies and parties are held responsible for their lies like everyone else is.

Be nice to have an election without having to put up with and sort through all the lies for a change. Be a nice change for the ALP too.
