How about you do some reading and educate yourself so you dont go wildly spouting off bullshit like the below, which you do on a regular basis.
The Coalition under Howard were the ones who believed welfare should be for everyone and introduced a hoast of bonuses without any means testing. Labor when last in power, was gradually reintroducing means testing and reducing bonuses - but it was too little too late unfortunately.
Really Mantra, its not that hard and you could really do with some education. :thumb
