Dioxin , mercury, .... why are they only concerned with some chemicals and not others?

8-)..

Anyway, Gillards to push ahead with Carbon-tax after her Obama visit... Obama says Gillard is doing a very good job. *bucket*

If she's doing such a great job, then why has Obama dumped the prospect of a carbon-tax himself?

Fact is, without other nations getting behind it, it's pointless ... is another big tax that will hurt all except the very wealthy Australians.

You can google all you like. It still won't turn a fucked up idea into a good one, but nice to see you looking for your confirmation bias.

We have heard of turning lead into gold, or coal into diamonds, but it will take a true alchemist or a magician to turn this Carbon tax into something more than it is at present, which is a dreadful waste of tax-payers money.
How much money has Gillard wasted on this to date?

How much did Rudd blow on trying to impose his ETS?

It was doomed from the start, and as usual, we will be left to foot the bill.

... it's expense is being felt, people are nervous about spending , investors wont invest, and to think, it's not even here yet.

Labor are Wreckers!

I wonder whether there is any "wink wink, nudge nudge" going on? Obama is a better catch than Tim.

Perhaps Gillards just returning some of the policies she borrowed off him for her last election campaign?

Perhaps, but methane is one of 4 basic gases in our atmosphere, always has been,
why are gov't around the world punishing farmers for it?
Can't blame Australian gov't for this tax or levy as they call it, it is being done in many other countries.
