Many Americans don't understand that it is the retards who can't take care of themselves that helps to give them the most expensive medical system in the world ... if only they would take the *flouride* approach with them they'd see healthcare costs drop. Again, if I was supreme leader the extra spend or 'fluoridation' of the retards who can't take care of themselves wouldn't need to happen to make health care costs drop because healthcare wouldn't cover them. They would either wither and die like they were supposed to or recover and thrive.

Fluoridation is a cheap corrective action to save taxpayer funded medical costs. That doesn't mean all preventative or other medical treatments should be available to everyone regardless of cost and anyone who equates he two is being foolish.

It is all the uninsured in America that drives up healthcare costs for everyone. If America adopted a sensible system like Taiwan it could save a trillion dollars without raising taxes ... sick people have to get taken care of one way or another.

The uninsured showing up at the emergency room when they could have been treated much earlier and much cheaper had they had health coverage is a problem here and it does make costs rise.
