Well, it demonstrates that she misled the West Australian Corporate Affairs Commission. And that is obviously a very serious matter. That would certainly appear to be in breach of the law. So, this is a very serious matter.

This bloke seems to understand some of the issues. I wondered why I could not find material which confirmed that Abbott accused Gillard of a 'crime.' It has been purged.....by the free press by way of self protection, and I suppose, also to protect Abbott. But Gillard really did nail him when she ambushed him in Parliament with the opportunity to speak for 15 minutes to substantiate or apologise. Nah.....the arehole could not manage that. But he did show us all just how 'bad he really is at this' and crawled down from roaring allegations of 'crime' to whimpish sobs of 'conduct unbecomming.'
