I see now why the climate warming skeptics are having a field day.

Scientists have not be stright with us around their modelling errors and the fact the Earth has not followed the predicted increases over the last 10 or more years. We are still warming the Earth. The predictions in the short term have not be realised. That doesn't mean we throw the baby out with the bath water.

I now see your point of view.

I do feel that there was a push to hide the current stats as it would not support the change arguement, taxation, new technology, renewable, emission reduction urgency that was the corner stone of the "what do we do now" debate.

These scientists should have been more honest in their error.

I still content the planet is warming due to human behaviour and we need to do something to stop it. The last 10 years stats is not understood as to why. Waiting for the tempertaure is to be high is too late.

However, bad science or them hiding the truth, no matter what it says by some should not destroy the debate into an extreme position where the science is all bullshit.

The science is not fully understood although the premise is valid.

It is still not a reason to promote wholesale change to economies based on said premise and massaged by lies.

You can't get two ideologies to agree in a united parliament, there is no way you can get a global agreement on energy use between competing economies. It won't happen and will be rorted

Adaptation and technology is the only way forward. Tech on its own merits to come up with cleaner and cheaper energy is what is required.

Anything else is destine to fail and fail badly making the worst and least deserving of people richer at the expense on society moving forward.
