For those interested, here are the written submissions made by all parties in the Ashby Federal Court Leave to Appeal/Appeal.

The original Judgement of Rares will not easily be knocked down.

I'd knock it down and most people I know think he was wrong because his judgement is tainted by political bias and not the facts.

An unbiased judiciary would toss it out.
